AGREEMENT FOR WEB HOSTING SERVICES

you have read and agreed to our Terms Of

Membership is available to anyone over the age
of 13 who registers and accurately provides all
the required information, provides a legitimate
electronic mail address and obtains a unique T35
Hosting member name and password. T35.com does
not discriminate on the basis of age, gender,
race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or
sexual orientation. Children under the age of 13
can only register with the express consent of a
parent or guardian.
SUMMARY OF T35 HOSTING TERMS OF SERVICE
T35 Hosting is NOT a place to put:
* Phishing sites that
steal user passwords. The follow people have
been caught stealing passwords and have been
reported to federal authorities and police
agencies within their country:

* Pornographic content or direct links to
pornographic websites
* Pirate software(warez)/mp3 or links to it.
* Large/numerous files primarily for storage
purposes and not made viewable to the public
through html pages. There is a 1mb file size
limit.
T35 will not tolerate any illegal activities on
our servers. This includes, but is not limited
to: pornography, phishing, adult content, warez
sites, warez files, spam, and pirated software /
music. Any such activities will be prosecuted to
the greatest extent of the law.
If you do not agree to the above, please press
“I Decline”. Any member caught violating our TOS
in the manners described above will be
prosecuted to the greatest extent of the law. We
work together with local and federal authorities
in dozens of countries to prosecute any and all
TOS violators.
